The Canton of Vaud is well-known for its wine-producing villages and one of the most charming is Founex which houses several vignerons, including the family Debluë who have been there for twelve generations beginning in 1450. Their estate, known as the Domaine des Biolles, has both a farm and vineyards producing quality wines now totalling some 60 thousand bottles a year. With a charming carnotzet which has an often-lit giant fireplace, depending on the weather, it is the ideal location for a wine tasting and is where the Romandie West event is being held. Marc Debluë is also launching his vaudois grown Gin Vaudois which we can sample during our visit. Do come and join us.
It would be very helpful if you would bring the correct money in an envelope marked with your name(s).
